1) Mastered skills (most kids can do)
- Says "mama" & "dada" to the correct parent -> According to daddy, yes! She calls him.
- Plays patty-cake and peek-a-boo -> Yes, she loves playing peek-a-boo.
- Stands alone for a couple of seconds -> Yes, in fact she stands alone longer than a couple of sec.
- Cruises -> Yes, we have been noticing her cruising lots since 10mth.
2) Emerging skills (half of the kids can do)
- Understands "no" and simple instructions -> Yes, she understands the meaning of "no" & simple instructions like sit still & wait for mummy.
- Puts objects into a container -> Yes, she has obediently keep her toys inside the big drum a.k.a box.
3) Advanced skills (a few kids can do)
- Says one word besides "mama" & "dada" -> She loves making lotsa noise but we couldn't make out what are the words. She tries to imitate our mouth actions.
- Stoops from standing position -> Yes, she loves squatting. She can even dance whilst standing, squatting & sitting.
